The ANH published Addendum No. 9 to the CEPI Bidding Process, through which it modified the schedule of the second round by extending the deadline for offer submission, and consequently modifying the deadlines for the offer submission, evaluation, and qualification phase and for the disclosure and information phase.
The National Hydrocarbons Agency ("ANH") is moving forward with the Bidding Process for the development of Research Projects on the use of the Multi-Stage Hydraulic Fracturing technique with Horizontal Drilling in Non-Conventional Oilfields – FHPH ("CEPI Bidding Process"), with which it intends to award four areas for developing the Fracking Integral Pilot Research Projects -PPII.
Therefore, the ANH modified the dates for the Second Round of the CEPI Bidding Process on March 2, 2021, through Addendum No. 9
Addendum No. 9, as mentioned above, introduces modifications to the schedule of the second round of the CEPI Bidding Process, as set forth below:
