The National Hydrocarbons Agency ("ANH") is moving forward with the Bidding Process for the development of Research Projects on the use of the Multi-Stage Hydraulic Fracturing technique with Horizontal Drilling in Non-Conventional Oilfields – FHPH ("CEPI Bidding Process"), with which it intends to award four areas to develop the Fracking Integral Pilot Research Projects -PPII.

Therefore, the ANH modified the dates for the Second Round of the CEPI Bidding Process on February 1, 2021, the National Agency of Hydrocarbons ("ANH") published Addendum No. 7 to the CEPI Selection Process. 

 Addendum No. 7 introduces modifications to the schedule of the second round of the CEPI Bidding Process, as set forth below:

Furthermore, on February 3, 2021 the ANH published the final list of qualified companies to participate in the CEPI Bidding Process, enabling as such: Ecopetrol .S.A, ExxonMobil Exploration Colombia Limited, Drummond Energy, INC, and  Tecpetrol Colombia S.A.S.
