This program is based upon four main areas: education, diversity, reconciliation and environmental management. Through these four approaches we seek: to reduce the school dropout rate by contributing to optimal school environments oriented to improve learning processes, to develop diversity programs that allow greater labor inclusion for vulnerable communities, to support reconciliation projects in social and rural innovation and to implement practices that promote the environmental sustainability of our community.
