The National Hydrocarbons Agency ("ANH") moves forward with the Bidding Process for the development of Research Projects on the use of the Multi-Stage Hydraulic Fracturing technique with Horizontal Drilling in Non-Conventional Oilfields - FHPH ("CEPI Bidding Process"), with which it intends to award four areas to develop the Fracking Integral Pilot Research Projects -PPII.
In recent days, the ANH published:
- The final list of qualified companies to participate in the CEPI Bidding Process, enabling as such: Ecopetrol .S.A, ExxonMobil Exploration Colombia Limited and Drummond Energy, INC;
- Addendum No. 1 to the CEPI Bidding Process, in which it modified the schedule for the phase of presentation, evaluation and qualification of proposals, as follows:

Therefore, if after completing the corresponding deadlines and procedures, the above-mentioned companies are included in the final list of qualified companies, they must submit their proposals within the time frame mentioned here; and
- Agreement No. 07 of 2020, by means of which the final terms of reference of the CEPI Bidding Process are approved and the CEPI model of minute is established.
