Provisional suspension of effects of the POT of Bogota

By decision of the Fifth Administrative Oral Judge of the Circuit of Bogota, the provisional suspension of the effects of District Decree 555 of 2021 "whereby the general revision of the Land Management Plan (“Plan de ordenamiento territorial”) of Bogotá D.C. is adopted" was ordered. Pending a decision on the merits, Decree 190 of 2004 regains full force and effect.

Regulations on aviation accident investigation were modified

The Ministry of Transportation issued a decree introducing general provisions related to the investigation of aviation accidents and incidents. 

Among the amendments incorporated are those related to the powers of the investigators of aviation accidents or incidents to receive witness statements; the limitation to the disclosure of records for purposes other than the investigation; and the power of the aeronautical authority to suspend, cancel or restrict aviation documents.
