Pursuant to Resolution 1585 of 2020, Ministry of Foreign Affairs lifted the suspension of the following procedures that were put on hold during the Sanitary Emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

1. Lifting of the suspension of visa applications for foreigners who are currently abroad. Consular applications would proceed taking into account the isolation measures in the country where consulate is fixed. 
2. Lifting of the suspension of passport applications for the issuance of passports in Bogota and in consulates abroad.
