These measures will only be applicable for the months of May, June and July.
However, the option of charging and collecting a lower value with respect to the remuneration of the distribution and marketing activities referred to in Articles 11 and 12 of CREG Resolution 058 of 2020 will not be applicable.
Also, the average consumption measurement from the article 14 of CREG Resolution 058 of 2020 will only be applicable to those regulated users in non-interconnected areas whose billing is based on an individual consumption measurement.
The user must be informed on the bill and on the website at least the following- The conditions of acceptance of the deferred payment option
- The applicable financing rates
- The payment start date
- The payment periods
- Deferred value prepayment options
Once the process of these payments starts, the marketer must inform the user:
- The value to be paid in the billing
- The payment periods
- Deferred value prepayment options
Once the payments start to be monetized, the marketer must inform the user:
- The value to be paid in the billing
- The total balance due
- The start and end date of payments,
- The term of payment
- Other conditions related to the financing of the billing
On the event of those bills that were issued, the marketer must inform the user of the information previously stated through an appropriate media of communication, which guarantees effective and timely access to this information.
Finally, when calculating users' bills in those non-interconnected areas under the flexible billing schemes, deferred payment of bills corresponding to consumption in the months of May, June and July must be considered.
