Brigard Urrutia is certified in the International Standards ISO 27001 - Information Security Management and ISO 27701 - Information Privacy Management.

These certifications demonstrate the application of best practices in security management, which has made it possible to optimize and strengthen different controls to mitigate risks of information leaks and unauthorized access, promoting a culture of security across the entire Firm and information systems, among other benefits. Currently, these certifications have an initial scope for the legal advisory process of the Banking and Financial Services practice area.

Brigard Urrutia is aware that information security is key to adequately protecting its clients' information, which is why a few years ago it embarked on the path of establishing and maintaining an Information Security and Privacy Management System in accordance with international standards recognized in the industry, through different administrative and technical policies and procedures, with constant teamwork on the part of the Firm's members.

Understanding that this is a process that the Firm continues to work on to maintain and continually improve information security, we are committed to expanding our scope and certifying all processes in our practice areas going forward.
