Biosecurity protocol for cinemas and theaters

This protocol must be complemented with the general protocol adopted through Resolution 666 of 2020 and with all the measures deemed necessary by those responsible for each performance/exhibition. 

It is composed as follows: 

1. General biosecurity measures established in Resolution 666 of 2020
2. Additional biosecurity measures for the performance of activities of cinematographic exhibition and presentation of performing arts works under drive-in cinemas, car-events, movie theaters and theaters
2.1. Locative measures 
2.2. Disinfection measures and waste management 
2.3. Management of supplies 
2.4. Ticket sale and ticket validation upon admission
2.5. Measures related to the performance / exhibition 
2.5.1. When entering to the performance / exhibition
2.5.2. During the performance / exhibition
2.5.3. At the end of the performance / exhibition
2.6. Personal protection elements 
2.7. Communications plan 
3. Measures for employees, independent contractors, and collaborators 
3.1. Measures in the workplace 
3.2. Traveling to and from the place of the performance / exhibition 
3.3. Upon returning to home 
4. Measures for attendees 
5. Specific measures for cinematographic and performing arts exhibitions in cinemas and theaters
6. Specific measures for cinematographic and performing arts exhibitions in drive-in cinemas and car-events of performing arts
6.1. Measures inside the drive-in cinema or car-event

7. Procedure in case of respiratory symptoms or positive diagnosis for coronavirus COVID -19

7.2. Actions of the person in charge of the performance 

Monitoring of compliance with this protocol is in charge of the secretariat or municipal or district entity belonging to the place where the activities of cinematographic exhibition and the presentation of works of performing arts are carried out, under the modality of drive-in cinemas, auto-events, movie theaters and theaters. This, regardless the surveillance conducted by the Ministry of Work regarding compliance with obligations by employers or by any another authority in the execution of its duties.
