Within the framework of the Permanent Bidding Process – PPAA, and in compliance with article 8 of the Colombian Administrative Procedure Code pursuant to which authorities must maintain available to all interested parties complete and updated information of the regulatory projects and the support information in order to receive opinions, suggestions or alternative proposals, the National Hydrocarbons Agency ("ANH") published for comments (i) the draft minutes of the hydrocarbons exploration and evaluation contract; and (ii) the draft minutes of the hydrocarbons production contract ( "Minutes")
The ANH will receive any observations, comments, and proposals to the Minutes in the following email: comentariosnormativa@anh.gov.co until Friday, May 7, 2021.
It is important to consider that such observations, comments, and proposals shall be submitted through the Excel format provided for such purpose and available at the ANH website, where the Minutes are also published.
Notwithstanding the preceding, the ANH clarifies to the interested parties that in light of the discussion and eventual approval of the Minutes, ANH is evaluating the relevant adjustments to the contracting regulations of the ANH and the terms of reference of the PPAA that may be required.
