By means of Resolution 0870 of July 2020, the Environmental Authority of Cundinamarca (“CAR”) issued the terms of reference for the Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) that apply to the construction and operation of facilities which purpose is the storage, treatment, use, recovery and/or final disposal of hazardous waste.
