On November 26, 2020, the National Hydrocarbons Agency ("ANH") published Addendum No. 3 to the CEPI Selection Process, in order to include the schedule for the second round of award of these contracts. 

Thus, Addendum No. 3 set forth that the companies interested in participating in this round may qualify from December 14, 2020 and until December 28, 2020.  After the qualification phase, qualified companies will enter into the bid submission, evaluation and qualification phase, which will take place from January 22, 2021 and will begin with the submission of the bids. 

The ANH expects to carry out the award and celebration of CEPI as from February 15, 2021. 

It is important to remember that  the CEPI Selection Process aims for National Government to obtain the minimum information required to define the public policy regarding the implementation of the Fracking in Colombia.
