The Colombian Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies published the draft resolution that will establish the conditions, requirements and procedures for granting or modifying permits for the use of the radio spectrum. This resolution will replace Resolutions 2118 of 2011 and 1588 of 2012, rules that have governed these processes to date.
