Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Colombia Compra Eficiente decided to suspend Secop II training from different Territorial Entities that, in any case, must agree with Colombia Compra Eficiente to train their officials by virtual means, within a period 2 months, with the purpose of using the SECOP II online platform for bidding processes that will start no later than June 1, 2020.

The Territorial Entities that did not received training are the following: Governor of Chocó, Governor of the Archipelago of San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina, Mayor of Quibdó, Governor of Cauca and Mayor of Popayán.

Likewise, the following Territorial Entities may continue publishing in Secop I, given the connectivity failures, until further notice: Guainía Government, Inírida Mayor's Office, Amazonas Government, Leticia Mayor's Office, Vichada Government, Puerto Carreño Mayor's Office, Guaviare Governorate, San José del Guaviare Mayor's Office, Vaupés Governorate and Mitú Mayor's Office.
