The ANH published for comments the draft Hydrocarbons Exploration and Production Minute that will apply to the Colombia Round 2021, which contains the minute cover and seven (7) annexes, as follows:

• Annex E: Economic Rights
• Annex F: Programs for the Benefit of Communities - PBC
• Annex G: Guarantees

Keep in mind that comments and observations to the cover page of the minute and its seven (7) annexes must be sent to the email comentariosnormativa@anh.gov.co until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23, 2021 and such comments must be submitted on a Excel format published together with the minute and its annexes.
