The National Government has adopted the National Vaccination Plan Against COVID19 where, through health promoting entities and with the support of the territorial authorities, it will distribute and apply the vaccine against COVID19 based on principles of solidarity, prevalence of the general interest, equity, transparency, and equality.

Through this strategy, the herd immunity of all the inhabitants of the national territory will be sought by applying the vaccine in phase-based plan whose design follows criteria of priority, risk, and exposure to contagion.
