Due to the public health crisis, the Mayor's Office of Itagüí issued Decree 425 on March 20, 2020, to modify the dates to file 2019 Industry and Commerce Tax ("ICT"), without prejudice to the dates set for early payment discounts.
Dates for filing 2019 ICT returns begin on January 15, 2020 and end on May 29, 2020, according to the last digit of the taxpayer's tax ID number (“TIN”) regardless of the check-digit.

According to the Decree, taxpayers must opt for electronic filing. Exceptionally, offices will be setup in the city for this purpose.
