AISLAMIENTO PREVENTIVO

Through Decree 131 of May 31, 2020, the Mayor's Office of Bogotá declared the extension of mandatory preventive isolation in the city until June 16, 2020 with the following changes to the previous decree.

According to the above, the free circulation of people and vehicles will be limited with the exception of the activities contained in the National Government's Decree 636 of 2020, as stated in Article 2 of Decree 131 of 2020 of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá.

Individual physical activities in the open air shall be carried out as follows:

  1. Persons in the age range 18 to 60 years between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., for a maximum of one hour.
  2. Children and adolescents over the age of 2 and under the age of 18, and those over the age of 70, may engage in individual physical activity in the open air three times a week, for half an hour a day
  3. Children, adolescents and those over 70 years of age may go out in the time slots from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  4. Children and adolescents must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, who may take care of up to three minors.

The permitted practices are: walking, running, jogging and cycling, not in the high performance modality, only at a recreational level, complying with bio-security protocols.

All the people who are exempted and must be mobilized must register on the website www.bogota.gov.co/bogota-cuidadora.

Similarly, companies that carry out exempted activities must register on the www.bogota.gov.co/reactivacion-economica platform.

Finally, the procedural terms of the administrative, sanctioning and disciplinary actions of the central sector bodies and localities are suspended until June 16. It should be noted that, with respect to the locality of Kennedy, the Mayor's Office issued Decree 132 of 2020 which contains special measures applicable to that locality.
