On December 29, 2020, the National Government issued Decree 1785 of 2020 that set, as from January 1st, 2021, as minimum monthly legal salary the sum of COP $908,526.

On December 29, 2020, the National Government issued Decree 1786 of 2020 that sets, as from January 1st, 2021, as legal transportation aid, the sum of COP $106,454.

This represents a 3.5% increase in the minimum salary and transportation aid with respects to year 2020. Thus, the minimum salary was increased in COP $30,723 and the transportation aid in COP $3,600.
