The transitional tariff option for the variable component of the unit cost of providing fuel gas services through pipelines is modified.

The rules for the application of the Transitional Tariff Option for Residential Users belonging to Strata 1 and 2 are modified, allowing them to submit the request for withdrawal of this option. 

Also, the application of the Transitional Tariff Option for the marketer is allowed, and in this way the fluctuations in the Unit Cost of Provision of the Public Service of Fuel Gas through Pipelines that are transferred to the residential users belonging to Strata 1 and 2 of the population, within a minimum period of twelve (12) months and a maximum of sixty (60) months, are recovered. 

Finally, the definition of the PVj,k in Numeral 8 of Article 2 of Resolution CREG 048 of 2020 is modified.
