The National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) has published for comments three important texts for the definition and launch of the O&G Colombia 2021 Round scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. 

First, the draft of the Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production Minutes that consists of the contract cover and its seven (7) annexes that comprise: (i) Annex A: Contracted Area; (ii) Annex B: General Conditions; (iii) Annex C: Exploration; (iv) Annex D: Production; (v) Annex E: Economic Rights; (vi) Annex F: Program for the Benefit of the Communities – PBC; (vii) Annex G: Guarantees.

Secondly, the text of the proposed amendments to Agreement 02 of 2017 and its Annex 1 – Glossary. 

Finally, the text of the draft amendment to the Terms of Reference, Forms and Annexes, for the Fourth Cycle of the Permanent Process of Allocation of Areas – PPAA Colombia Round 2021, with the following Forms and Annexes: (i) Annex B – Economic Value of Exclusivity and Evaluation Criteria Cycle 4 – Addendum No. 20; and (ii) Plural Participant Instructions – Project Addendum No. 20.
