Key points of the labor reform bill

The National Government filed before the Congress of the Republic a labor reform bill through which several provisions of the Substantive Labor Code and other labor regulations are modified.

The proposal submitted contains 76 articles that focus on the type of employment relationship, termination of the employment relationship, working hours, remuneration, leaves of absence, collective labor law and work in technological platforms for digital delivery, among others.
