- According to the Ministry of Labor, when implementing biosecurity measures, it is necessary to consider the mandatory vaccination scheme for those who work in establishments open to the public.
- Employees providing services in bars, restaurants, cinemas, discos, dance halls, concerts, casinos, bingo halls, sports venues, recreation and theme parks, museums, and any other activity that involves customer service must be vaccinated and show their employers the vaccination certificate.
- Employers must implement measures, mechanisms and establish biosecurity protocols for the protection of life and health of employees, including compliance with the vaccination scheme.
