In accordance with the provisions of External Circular No. 002 of March 24, 2020 of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, modified by Resolution 20203040001315 of April 27, 2020, which adds Resolution 20203040000285 of April 14, 2020, it was order to suspend the procedures associated with the Single National Registry of Transit -RUNT, that requires biometric validation through the use of physical or electronic fingerprints.
However, the possibility to resume the terms depended on concession RUNT S.A. development of a system that could replace the existing biometric validation technology.
Therefore, by means of this Circular, it was declared that a Pilot will be carried out to test the developments made by the Concession RUNT S.A. in the application HQ-RUNT and that from 14:00 hours of May 6, 2020 until 23:59 hours of the same day the technological development will be used to replace the Biometrics Validation through fingerprints:

Finally, it was determined that as of Thursday, May 7, 2020, the technological development arranged by the RUNT S.A. Concession should be on all the district, departmental and municipal transit agencies, which access the procedures through the HQ - RUNT, as well as in the Territorial Directorates and the Central Plant of the Ministry of Transport.
