On December 29, 2023, the National Government issued Decree 2292 of 2023 that established a minimum monthly statutory salary of COP$1.300.000, as from January 1st, 2024. 
 

On December 29, 2023, the National Government issued Decree 2293 of 2023 that established a legal transportation aid of COP$162.000, as from January 1st, 2024.
 

This represents an increase of 12% in the value of the minimum monthly statutory salary, and an increase of 15% in the value of the legal transportation aid. Thus, the minimum salary was increased in COP $140.000 and the transportation aid in COP $21.394.
