Pursuant to Chapter V, Tittle I, Part III of the External Circular 029 of 2014, securities issuers are required to complete and submit the Código País Survey to the Colombian Financial Superintendence (“SFC”) between January 8 and January 31, 2024. In accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Chapter, in order to comply with the aforementioned obligation, issuers should access the SFC website www.superfinanciera.gov.co. Subsequently, issuers must indicate for each recommendation whether the issuer has implemented it, or whether it is not applicable. Issuers should therefore explain how the recommendation has been implemented or provide reasons for not adopting it.
