Through Circular Letter 093 of 2023, the Ministry of Labor set the periods in which companies must register the Occupational Health and Safety minimum standards for the year 2023.

Thus, all companies must register their minimum standards between February 1st and until March 29, 2024, through the application provided for this purpose by the Ministry of Labor.
