Verónica Umaña Obregón

Veronica has a law degree from Universidad de los Andes, a postgraduate degree in financial law from the same university and graduated with Merit from the “One Planet MBA” from the University of Exeter in England and was awarded a scholarship. 

As a member of the Corporate and M&A team, Veronica advises national and international clients in corporate matters as well as in the structuring and negotiation of asset and purchase sales both nationally and internationally.
