Valentina Cárdenas Jiménez

Advises national and foreign clients in the development of due diligence processes either on the buyer's or seller's side. She also advises clients in the planning, structuring, and execution of transactions for the purchase and sale of shares, assets, mergers and spin-offs of companies, including bidding processes. 

Additionally, she advises Colombian companies listed on the Colombian Stock Exchange on restructuring and corporate governance issues.
