Senior Associate of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Practice Group. Graduate of the Universidad de Los Andes Law School. Specialist in Commercial Law and M.A. in History from the same University. She holds an LL.M in International Commercial Arbitration law of Stockholm University.

Paula Juliana has over 10 years of experience serving as counsel to national and foreign clients, and state entities, in litigations before the civil and administrative jurisdictions, constitutional actions, administrative proceedings and national and international arbitration tribunals. She has served as a Secretary for Dispute Adjudication Boards before the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and has worked in arbitrations and Dispute Adjudication Boards, in disputes regarding infrastructure, energy, mining, oil and gas disputes.
