Nicolás Albornoz Carranza
Lawyer and Philosopher from Universidad de los Andes. Experienced and knowledgeable in entertainment law, intellectual property, administrative law, procedural law, and philosophy of artificial intelligence. Joined the firm in 2024 as a member of the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology team.
During his undergraduate studies, he served as a teaching assistant for the History of Legal Institutions, Civil Procedure and Copyright Law courses. Participated in the Environmental and Public Health Clinic as a Research Assistant and as a Student Researcher. Also took part in the Human Rights and Climate Change research group and was a member of the Editorial Board of Al Derecho, the Law Faculty students newspaper. Holds certifications in Corporate Finance, Music Industry, and Legal English.
Advises national and international clients on legal matters related to the creative industries and entertainment law, in emerging and innovative uses of technology and data, as well as in regulatory and transactional telecommunications matters.
