Law graduate from the Universidad del Rosario. She was awarded a scholarship during her career for her outstanding academic performance. As a member of the M&A team, Natalia advises national and international clients in the planning and execution of corporate transactions, acquisitions, investment projects, and due diligence processes. She has expertise in both corporate transactions and corporate law.
