Director of Brigard Urrutia, with more than 10 years of experience. Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, with specializations in Commercial Law and Business Law from the same institution. She completed a master's degree in law - LL.M., in the United States, at Northwestern University, with an emphasis on corporate affairs (legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance).

Specialist in the assistance of national and foreign companies in commercial matters (corporate and contractual), among others: (i) decision making of corporate bodies, shareholder agreements, general secretariat, corporate governance, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, splits, capitalizations , (ii) preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts (for example, distribution, supply, commercial agency, franchise, collaboration, factoring, joint ventures), and (ii) provision of legal management services. Additionally, she has extensive experience in accompanying operations and establishing investment vehicles in Colombia.
