María Paula Dada Maestre

Ms. Dada, Bachelor of Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, joined the firm in 2022 as a member of the Antitrust team.

She advises national and international clients on investigations regarding restrictive competition practices and unfair competition, as well as on merger control procedures before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

As a member of the Antitrust team, she has advised antitrust investigations regarding the aviation and telecom sectors, including abuse of dominance and gun jumping, as well as multiple merger control procedures in the pharmaceutical, port infrastructure, aviation, automotive, maritime and land transport, and energy sectors.
