María Acelas Celis

Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario with a mention in Private Law. She received a scholarship during her career for her outstanding academic performance. As a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team, she advises national and international clients in the development of due diligence processes, structuring and negotiation of projects for the acquisition of shares and assets. She is an assistant to the Chair of Commercial Law Companies in the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. She has experience in commercial, corporate and corporate matters.
