Lina joined the Compliance and White Collar Crime practice in June 2024. Lina is a lawyer graduated from Universidad del Rosario, with a minor in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Lina has 8 years of experience in criminal litigation as a private and public lawyer. She has represented individuals and legal entities as victims in criminal proceedings under the accusatory oral criminal system (Law 906 of 2024) and has acted as defense attorney in criminal proceedings under this same Law and under the Military Criminal Justice (Law 522 of 1999).
She is certificated from Universidad de la Sabana in Compliance, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, beyond the rules and theory.
