José Manuel graduated from the Law School of The Colegio Mayor Nuestra Señora del Rosario and  the postgraduate program in Tax Law from the same University. He has been legal attorney of many companies in different industries, as Telecommunications, Banking and Oil during Administrative proceedings and Court Proceedings.
