Johann Schomberger Tibocha

Mr. Schomberger is a graduate of the School of Law of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and also obtained a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He also graduated with honors with an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law, New York. He earned a diploma degree in “Legal English” from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. 

As a Member of the Corporate Law / M&A Practice Group of the Firm he provides advice to domestic and foreign companies on commercial and corporate matters, as well as drafting, structuring and negotiating of mercantile agreements. He has been lecturer at the ”Pontificia Universidad Javeriana”.
