Jennifer is an Associate in the areas of Foreign Exchange Law and International Investments, as well as Customs and International Trade, with extensive experience advising both national and international companies. Her work focuses on providing strategic solutions related to import and export requirements and regulations, trade defense, and logistics and transportation planning.

She also has in-depth knowledge in managing commercial agreements, structuring foreign capital inflows into Colombia, and promoting and protecting foreign investments.
