Germán García García

Attorney graduated from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and is currently candidate to obtain a postgraduate degree in International Tax Law in the same University. As a member of the tax practice area, he advises national and international clients on matters related to national and territorial taxes, application of treaties to avoid double taxation, tax planning, and tax compliance. In addition, he advises clients on the preparation and execution of legal defence strategies in judicial and administrative disputes arising with tax authorities at national and departmental levels.
