
Felipe Mutis Téllez
Attorney graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Specialist in Administrative Law from the same University. He holds an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution and Management the the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, Univeristy of Dundee, where he obtanied a Distinction award. Since July 2022 he has benn a Professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
Felipe serves as counsel to national and foreign clients, and state entities, in complex litigation before the administrative jurisdiction, constitutional actions, administrative proceedings and national and international arbitration tribunals. He has worked in arbitrations conducted under ICC, UNCITRAL, SCC and the Arbitration Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce Rules, in disputes involving infrastructure, energy, mergers and acquisitions, mining, oil and gas disputes.
