Daniel Estrada Arana

Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, Daniel joined the firm in 2021 after working as an intern in the Cali Office in 2018 and 2019. Obtained his degree in 2021. As a member of the Corporate and M&A Team, he advises national and international clients in the constitution and operation of companies, the development of due diligence processes, and on the planning, structuring, and execution of projects for the purchase and sale of shares or assets of different companies.
