Catalina Castellanos Rubio

Lawyer from Universidad de la Sabana and Administrative Law Specialist from Universidad del Rosario. She joined the firm in 2023 as a member of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology team.

During her undergraduate studies, Catalina was part of the Intellectual Property Seminar and participated in the Intellectual Property competition held by different firms in Colombia.

She advises clients on legal matters related to creative industries and entertainment law, emerging and innovative uses of technology and data, and telecommunications regulatory and transactional matters.

Catalina has been part of different law firms where she provided personal data advice to different clients. She was also an official of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) from December 2020 to June 2022, where she provided services related to regulatory projects, customer service, judicial defense of the entity and the resolution of disputes between telecommunications operators.
