Carolina Venegas Barrera

Lawyer from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, she holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Financial Law from the same university, and Master's Degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. With more than 9 years of professional experience, especially as a public servant at the Superintendence of Companies, participating in insolvency proceedings, cross-border insolvency, and interventions for illegal money collection. Additionally, she has advised and represented national and international companies in insolvency proceedings and provided guidance to companies before and during insolvency proceedings. She Joined Brigard Urrutia in 2024 as part of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Insolvency Team.
