Carlos Mauricio Cerratto

Director and member of Brigard Urrutia since 2013, with over 10 years of experience. Throughout his professional career, he has successfully performed in different fields of practice, specially in litigation and arbitration, with main emphasis on civil and commercial matters. As part of his professional experience in the litigation field, he was part of the justice administration branch for several years.  

He is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, and obtained the title of Specialist in International Contracts from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. 

As a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency Team, he currently advises national and international clients in civil and commercial matters, and represents and defends them within the judicial, extrajudicial and administrative proceedings.
