Camilo Valenzuela Bernal

Senior Associate of the Litigation, Arbitration and Insolvency team. He is an Attorney from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from the same University and holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the UCL (United Kingdom). He is a member of the list of secretaries of the Arbitration Courts of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá. Professor of Procedural Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Camilo has more than 10 years of experience, advising clients in civil commercial, administrative, arbitration and insolvency proceedings, in different areas such as TMT, infrastructure, competition law, civil and commercial contracts.
