Andrea Cruz Sagbini

Andrea joined the firm in 2012. Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, appointed as Colegial. 
She has a post-graduate degree in international business law from the Universidad de los Andes. She received an LLM from Northwestern University - Pritzker School of Law, where she graduated with honors. Currently based in Barranquilla and renders services from Brigard Urrutia’s office in that city.

As a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team she advises national and international clients in the acquisition and disposal of companies, commercial establishments and assets in different sectors of the economy, corporate matters, and in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements related to the operation of companies in Colombia, among others.
