Silvia Carolina Vargas Castañeda

Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a focus on international commercial law and tort law.

During her undergraduate studies, she was a member of the research group in labor law and social security. She also served as a teaching assistant in the course of individual labor law.

Her professional experience has been centered on labor law and social security. She completed her university internship at a law firm and worked as a clerk in the labor law department of the Legal Clinic of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Additionally, she worked as a corporate legal consultantat a law firm, providing advice to various companies on labor law and social security matters.

Since August 1, 2024, she has been part of the labor law team at Brigard & Urrutia.
