María Paulina Otero

Lawyer from Universidad Javeriana with a concentration in international commercial law and tort law, currently is pursuing a postgraduate degree in contractual law at Universidad del Rosario. Additionally, she earned an LL.M degree in the US Legal System with a concentration in business law from University of Cincinnati due to her participation in the dual degree program offered by Universidad Javeriana in 2019. 

During her experience in Brigard Urrutia, she has participated in the structuration, drafting and negotiation of contracts in the framework of complex international and national transactions in which real properties are involved. She has also performed title searches and urban analysis for the development of important urban projects in Colombia.   She completed a course in Real Estate Law in 2019-1 and in Condominium Regulations in 2022-1 offered by Universidad Javeriana.
