Laura Paola Baracaldo

Lawyer from the labor and employment practice of the Firm as of 2019. She joined Brigard Urrutia in 2016 in the research area. Her professional practice focuses on labor and employment matters, including but not limited to litigation (labor claims and tutela actions), termination of employment agreements and social security. She also handles administrative proceedings before labor and audit authorities (Ministry of Labor and UGPP).
